Let’s try a rolling evaluation thread. Figure 21.2 in the text lists the 7 C’s of website design. The first discussant can start with the University of Hartford website and evaluate it on only the first two C’s (context and content). The next discussant will take the next two C’s (community and customization). The third discussant the next two C’s (communication and connection) and the fourth discussant gets the last C (commerce). Each discussant will also suggest another website to evaluate (Be very careful. Nothing offensive or political allowed.).

By the time we get to the fourth discussant, there will be four new websites to evaluate. The fifth discussant will evaluate the first two C’s of the website suggested by the first discussant, and suggest a new website to evaluate.

The sixth (and subsequent) discussant(s) can begin to cascade evaluations. They will discuss the second two C’s on the second website, but now they can discuss any of the other websites that have been suggested (and they will continue to suggest new websites). Each discussant should be sure to have discussed each of the seven C’s on some website. No repeating a C for any website, but it is fair to comment on other discussant’s evaluations of those C’s.

The C’s for each website must be evaluated in order. In other words, it’s not fair to skip to the seventh C until the 6th C has been covered for that website.
