The Food Sustainability Theme Project/Final Paper is due by November 27th. The Final Paper should have the following content (with headings):
Title (and sub-title)
Introduction (Define and describe theme and its importance in sustainability. Summarize results of study.)
Literature Review (Highlight support material for study)
Discussion (Discuss significant findings and results of study)
Recommendations (Offer valid and useful solutions to study problems)
Conclusions (Offer personal reflections and insights into the theme and/or study)
References (list of readings and support material cited in the text)
The length of the Food Sustainability Theme Project Final Paper will be 10-15 pages plus references. All written assignments must be one-and-a-half spaced in 11-point print with one-inch margins, spell checked, and reviewed for grammatical errors. Grammatical errors and lack of clarity will result in lost points and lower grades.
The Final Paper should show excellent utilization and application of English language vocabulary and make extensive references to required texts and other course materials. All arguments or major points of view should be well supported by sound data and/or primary source material, proper text citation of sources, strong evidence of creative and original thought, excellent sentence structure and organization, and a neat and tidy presentation.
