Critical Self-Analysis Paper You will need to write a two-page critical self-analysis paper. You will assess your entire workout program and how it related to your overall personal goals and objectives for this class. Here are some sample questions to help you write your paper.
What were your personal goals before you started your workout program and did you reach those goals at the end of the semester?
What problems did you encounter, and what success did you notice?
Do you have more or less energy during the day?
Sleep patterns. Sleeping more or less?
How did your body change?
How did you workouts fit into your everyday life including possibly your nutrition?
How has this workout program impacted your life?
