Performance evidence (What you have to do):

1 - Details of one candidate you have recently assessed covering the full assessment cycle – the plan must cover one full unit, or a substantial but realistic and manageable piece of the candidate’s work

2- Over the plan, cover a minimum of two assessment methods, one of which must beexamination of work products (both created and not created at the time of observation) and one further method of assessment – refer to unit for options

3- Evidence which corresponds to your assessment plan

4- Two assessment decisions for your candidate, including a progress review and feedback to your candidate

5 - Minutes from a standardization meeting where your assessment methods have been discussed

A statement from your Internal Verifier to confirm your assessment practice meets L&D 9 DI requirements

6 - complete and answer documents 2,3 & 4.

Knowledge requirements (What you must know):

Responses to statements to cover knowledge gaps – refer to documents 2, 3 and 4 and SQA Assessor Practical Guide document 5 for further information

Copy of appropriate assessor certificate, i.e., NQA, D32 & 33/A1

NOTE:

1- all work evidence need to be provided as well. (second attachment is unit can be used to prepare required documents)
